Returns & Exchange Policy

At S R Pharmaceuticals, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality pharmaceutical products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our Returns & Exchange Policy is designed to provide a simple and transparent process.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

• Product received is damaged or defective
• Incorrect product delivered
• Product received with damaged packaging
• Expired product received (if applicable)

To be eligible for return or exchange, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all labels intact.

Return Request Timeframe

Customers must raise a return or exchange request within 7–8 days of receiving the order. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

  2. Share order details and reason for return
  3. Provide product images (if applicable)
  4. Our team will review and confirm eligibility
  5. Once approved, return instructions will be provided

Exchange Policy

If your return request is approved, we will arrange a replacement for the same product, subject to availability. If the product is unavailable, we may offer an alternative solution.

Refund Policy

Refunds may be processed in the following situations:

• Product out of stock for exchange
• Order cancellation (before dispatch)
• Approved return request

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval. The refund will be issued through the original payment method or as agreed.

Non-Returnable Items

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We recommend sharing clear images to help us resolve the issue quickly.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
